Carola Werle brings with her extensive and diverse experiences in the realm of personnel, which she acquired working in both large- and mid-sized businesses. Most recently she was part of the management board with European responsibility. Working with executives has always been a keystone of her work.
Fifteen years of experience working abroad, including many relocations, with themes like reorientation, social integration, and intercultural sensitization have shaped her career and the forward looking, pragmatic style of work that she brings to the table. She uses these experiences to have her clients look at situations and processes of change from various perspectives, through the lens of different roles and cultural approaches. Collectively and on equal terms, she wants to achieve clarity and develop tailor-made strategies that include measures for instant implementation. Those are her aspirations, whether it is in the context of individual coaching, the advancement of teams or when organizing change- and organizational processes.
