Carola Werle has many years of experience in the field of human resources, which she has acquired both in large corporations and in medium-sized companies. Most recently Carola Werle herself belonged to the Management Board with European competence. The accompaniment of executives has always been a focus of her work.

Fifteen years of international experience and many relocations with topics such as professional reorientation, social integration and intercultural sensitization shape the career of Carola Werle and her forward-looking and pragmatic way of working. She uses these personal experiences to look at situations and change processes with her clients from different perspectives, from different roles and cultural approaches. It is important for her to create clarity together and at eye level and to develop tailor-made strategies with quickly implemented measures – whether in individual coaching, in the further development of teams or in the design of change and organizational processes.
