Following her Apprenticeship and Engagement in the sales department of an international high street bank, Olivia Dorn worked as an international HR Manager in finance. On the Personnel side, she monitored the fusion of two medium sized banks as well as several change projects during the financial crisis. On top, she was an honorary judge at Hamburg’s labor court.

She became a systemic coach at the isb. At the coachingakademie, she further qualified herself as a systemic team developer and a conflict moderator.

These days, Olivia Dorn works as a freelancing consultant, especially for personnel managers, executives, teams and individuals in finance, industry and different non-profit organizations.
