Joumana Kubiak

Joumana Kubiak has been supporting companies and people in challenging change processes for over 15 years. At Deutsche Bahn, for example, she initially worked as a project manager in strategy and organizational development before taking on other management positions. Most recently, she was a member of the extended management team at S-Bahn Hamburg.

As a long-time project manager and executive in top management, she is very familiar with the challenges, which companies, executives and employees have to face in their daily work today. Based on a systemic approach, she is able to provide fast and effective support as a coach, team coach and strategy consultant with pragmatic solution options.
