After completing her studies, Mechthild had initially been active in a number of different NGOs. There she looked after cultural projects and institutions both domestically and abroad, immersing herself in the complex structures of politics, economics, and culture.
Today, as HR Business Partner, she supports a midsize property development- and building contractor to merge into an international, stock-market oriented corporation. She consults the management team on questions of change communication and strategic personnel planning. Beyond that, she is responsible for building up employer branding and qualitative personnel development.
