Silke Schönwälder

Silke Schönwälder is a qualified bank business management assistant and she completed her studies at the University of Kiel with the main focus on marketing, development of organizations and industrial psychology.

She has gained extensive job and leadership experience within an international cooperation for consumer products. Her various positions included product manager, sales trainer, consultant, training and development manager as well as HR business partner and head of corporate development. Silke is also a lecturer on leadership and personnel management at the Brand Academy Hamburg (University of Applied Science).

Over the past years she has successfully completed the following professional and personal development programs: Methods in Humanistic Psychology, Train-The-Trainer, NLP Master, Systemic Coaching and Mediation and further training as consultant for System Dynamics.

Her coaching clients cherish her straight and effective approach in getting to the point of the matter whilst maintaining a high degree of appreciation and respect for each individual.

Silke’s coaching approach is solution-oriented, holistic and practical. Her aim is to reach a high level of practical transfer possibilities into every day work and leadership situations.
