Already while studying Psychology, Jendrik Peters has undertaken several different entrepreneurial activities, mostly of charitable and socio-political nature. At the same time, he has also completed additional trainings in the areas of coaching, training and team-development.
As a lecturer and author, he supports the evolutionary processes of students and teachers. As a manager and facilitator, he has developed an agile, transcultural and systemic approach that he uses in the consulting and companionship of his training groups and clients.
Over the years, Jendrik Peters has gained experience working in intercultural teams on projects overseas. Especially in groups of high diversity and members reigning from over 30 different countries, he has learned to deal with group dynamics and individual challenges in a relaxed and sensitive way.
In his role as a team-developer, trainer and coach, he helps people to gain new perspectives, find new ways and take first steps with determination.
