Volker Walzer worked for many years as a journalist and press officer in the communications department of large media companies and in other companies, where he successfully accompanied colleagues through challenging change processes. At the theater, as press and marketing manager, he supported actors, dramaturges, artistic directors, and other people behind the scenes in publicly experiencing their effectiveness.
As a coach and personality developer, Volker Walzer’s strength is his ability to see people in their entirety – without pigeonholes and with all their talents and abilities. His focus is on personality and leadership development, as well as (conflict) moderation. He acts as an empathic decision supporter who challenges stereotypes and clichés and with his openness and empathy, he gives space for creative ideas and inspiring thought experiments. His extensive toolbox of methods and his systemic view of people help him to achieve this.
