After studying politics and acting, Dietlinde Paetzelt worked as a Strategic Brand Consultant, many of them as Managing Director of an advertising agency. She has been a partner and managing director of the consulting firm Refresh Company for more than 10 years. Many years of work in the context of strategic corporate positioning shape her understanding of the challenges organizations face today.

The advisory focus today is on organizational development processes with a focus on leadership and cooperation. Qualifications in the field of systemic consulting (coaching, team development) allow her to design tailor-made and complementary consulting processes that effectively support people and companies in their development.
